Welcome. If you received an invitation to attend a "Vacations" Travel Showcase, you likely have questions about who we are, what to expect, and what your rights are as a consumer. This page exists to answer those questions clearly and completely. We encourage you to read whichever sections are relevant to you before your scheduled appointment.
If you don't see your question answered here, contact information for our service, compliance, and complaints teams is at the bottom of this page.
RSI Vacations is the common name used for a family of travel-related companies that provide travel memberships, vacation planning services, hotel and resort access, cruise opportunities, and travel fulfillment for consumers throughout the United States. We have served hundreds of thousands of travelers over the past two decades.
More than 20 years. Our family of companies has continuously operated travel programs since the early 2000s.
Our corporate headquarters is located at 150 Governors Square, Suite E, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269. Our primary travel fulfillment operations are located in Asheville, North Carolina. Other team members work remotely throughout the United States.
The RSI family of companies is privately held. The company is operated by its principals and management team. We are not publicly traded and have no outside investors with controlling interests.
These names appear in different places because each refers to a specific role:
These entities operate together under the common "RSI Vacations" brand identity.
The RSI family of companies employs and contracts with more than 100 travel professionals, customer service representatives, fulfillment specialists, technology personnel, sales professionals, and administrative staff, located primarily throughout the United States with additional partners in Canada and Mexico.
As of June 2026, our North Carolina Better Business Bureau rating is A+, and we are a BBB Accredited Business. Our Google Rating is 4.8 out of 5 across thousands of customer reviews. We encourage every prospective attendee to review our public BBB Business Review and Google Reviews independently before attending.
We list our Seller of Travel registrations and travel club bond filings on our Travel Licenses page. You can independently verify these through each state's regulatory authority:
Links to each state's verification system are provided on our Travel Licenses page.
A reasonable question, and the honest answer is that we encourage you to verify independently before attending. Specifically:
A legitimate company is willing to be checked. We are. If, after reviewing these sources, you still have concerns, please contact our compliance team before your appointment.

You have been invited to attend a Travel Showcase — a scheduled sales presentation conducted by video conference. If you attend the full presentation and meet the eligibility requirements stated in your invitation, you will receive a promotional travel certificate, regardless of whether you choose to purchase a membership. The specific certificate offered to you is described in your invitation and detailed on our Promotional Disclosures page.
No. This promotional offer is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, raffle, drawing, or game of chance. Every qualified consumer who attends the full presentation receives the promotional certificate described in their invitation. The odds of receiving the certificate, if you qualify and attend, are 1-in-1.
No. You did not win a prize, lottery, contest, or sweepstakes award. You received an invitation to attend a sales presentation, and the promotional certificate is offered in exchange for your time and participation, not based on luck or chance.
You were selected based on demographic, geographic, marketing, and consumer preference criteria established by the sponsor of the promotion. Recipients are not selected through random drawing or chance.
The promotional certificate is a marketing expense. Just as some companies advertise through television, radio, or digital advertising, we use promotional certificates to encourage qualified consumers to invest the time required to learn about our travel membership program. Our experience is that a meaningful percentage of consumers who attend our presentations decide that membership is right for them, which justifies the cost of the certificate as a customer acquisition tool.
There is no hidden catch, but there are some honest constraints you should know about up front:
You are not required to purchase anything to receive the certificate. The full terms, restrictions, and fees are disclosed before you attend so there are no surprises.
The promotional certificate is offered in exchange for your time and attention. The presentation gives our representatives the opportunity to describe our travel membership program in detail, and gives you the opportunity to evaluate whether it interests you. Attendance and completion of the full presentation are required to qualify for the certificate.
You will still receive the promotional certificate. Attendance, eligibility, and completion of the presentation are what qualify you for the certificate — not whether you purchase. The decision to purchase a membership is entirely voluntary.
Our goal is to give you information that helps you decide whether membership is right for you. Our representatives will present the program, answer your questions, and offer you the opportunity to purchase. You should never purchase anything you do not understand or do not believe will benefit your individual circumstances. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you are free to end the presentation.
Our promotional offer is designed for primary household decision-makers, so the answer depends on your situation:
Our promotional offer requires that all primary household decision-makers attend the presentation together. If your spouse or partner cannot attend on your scheduled date, please contact us before your appointment so we can reschedule to a time that works for both of you.
Yes. To qualify for the promotional certificate, you must:
These requirements exist because our membership programs are designed for adult households with discretionary travel budgets.
Our Travel Showcase presentations are scheduled for approximately 90 minutes. Some run somewhat longer, particularly if attendees have detailed questions or want additional information. Please reserve enough time in your schedule that you are not rushed.
Most presentations run between 75 and 120 minutes, with the average around 90 minutes. The length depends on the number of questions you ask, how much detail you want about specific programs, and whether you wish to discuss a potential purchase. You may end the presentation at any time.
Topics may include:
The specific products discussed depend on the program associated with your invitation.
You may be offered the opportunity to purchase a membership during the presentation. Any purchase decision is entirely yours. You should only purchase a membership if you believe the program is appropriate for your travel needs and budget after reviewing the information presented.
Take whatever time you need. You should never feel rushed into a decision. If you wish to consider the program before purchasing, simply tell your representative. Membership remains available for purchase at a later date, and we welcome inquiries from consumers who want to think it over and return when they are ready.
Yes. You are encouraged to take notes, write down questions, and request any clarification you need. Consumers who take notes tend to make more informed decisions.
Yes. Your presentation has two parts: an overview from a presenter, followed by a one-on-one with a travel representative. Both are opportunities to ask questions. Brief clarifying questions during the overview portion are welcome; detailed questions about your specific situation are typically best addressed in the one-on-one portion, where the representative can focus on your individual interests.
Yes. You will receive electronic copies of all program materials, terms and conditions, and any contract documents associated with a purchase. You may also access the relevant disclosure documents on this website before your appointment. We encourage you to review all written materials carefully before making any purchase decision.
At the conclusion of the presentation, you may:
Your promotional gifts will be delivered to you the day of your presentation, generally by email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive them within 24 hours.
We may contact you after the presentation regarding:
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as required by law.
Yes. You may leave the presentation at any time. However, the promotional certificate is conditioned on attendance and completion of the full presentation in accordance with the promotional terms. Leaving before completion may affect your eligibility to receive the certificate, except where state law requires the certificate to be provided regardless of completion.
Not to attend the presentation. However, the eligibility requirements include presenting a major credit card in your name at the time of the presentation, as verification. The card is not charged unless you choose to purchase a membership.
Yes. All our presentations are conducted by video conference (Zoom). You attend from your own home or wherever you choose, using your own device. There is no in-person component, no hotel meeting, and no requirement to share your physical location with us. You control the privacy of your environment, and you can end the call at any time.
We ask that you have your camera on for the eligibility verification portion (presenting your ID and credit card) and for the introduction. After that, whether to keep your camera on is your preference, though we find that face-to-face conversation generally produces a better experience for both you and our representative.
If you experience technical issues before or during your appointment, please contact our scheduling team at (828) 785-4589. We can help troubleshoot, reschedule if needed, or arrange an alternative connection method. If you anticipate technical concerns, we recommend testing Zoom in advance using a free test meeting at zoom.us/test.
The specific certificate you will receive is described in the invitation you received. Detailed terms, destination options, eligibility requirements, redemption procedures, fees, restrictions, and expiration are disclosed on our Disclosures-Vacations page and Disclosures-Dining page before your appointment.
The advertised value reflects the estimated retail price of comparable travel products based on published rates, supplier pricing, seasonal demand, and market surveys. Different states use different methods for setting certificate value; the most universal is based on actual savings versus retail use.
Our guarantee: You will save at least $300 over retail pricing when you use your promotional certificate. The certificate has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, but the $300 minimum savings is guaranteed.
The certificate covers the core travel benefit (cruise, resort stay, dining, etc.), but most certificates require you to pay certain fees directly to the fulfillment company or carrier. These typically include:
The full fee structure for each certificate type is disclosed on our Disclosures-Vacations page before your appointment. Even with these fees, our $300 minimum savings guarantee applies.
Fees vary by certificate program and destination. Depending on the certificate, you may be responsible for:
All applicable fees are disclosed in writing during the redemption process and in our pre-appointment disclosure pages.
Most travel certificates are subject to availability. Certain destinations, holidays, peak travel periods, and high-demand dates may have limited availability or additional restrictions. Specific restrictions are disclosed in the certificate terms and conditions you receive after attending.
Transferability varies by promotion. Some certificates may be transferred; others are restricted to the original recipient. Review the terms and conditions associated with your specific certificate, or contact customer service for assistance.
Expiration dates vary by promotion, but all certificates are valid for at least 12 months from the date of issuance (your appointment date). We recommend beginning the redemption process well before expiration to ensure availability for your preferred dates.
If you believe your certificate has been lost, contact customer service at service@rsivacations.com as soon as possible. In most cases, we can retrieve certificate records using your appointment information.
Redemption instructions are provided with each certificate. Generally, you will:
Specific procedures vary by certificate.
The certificate provides the opportunity to redeem travel benefits, subject to the program's terms and conditions. Availability, dates, destinations, and capacity controls may affect specific options. Our $300 minimum savings guarantee applies once redemption is completed.
No. Unless specifically disclosed in your certificate materials, redemption does not require attending another sales presentation. Any such requirement, if applicable to a particular promotion, would be disclosed in writing in the certificate's terms and conditions.
Contact our customer service team at service@rsivacations.com as soon as possible. While travel suppliers control many aspects of the actual travel experience, we take customer concerns seriously and will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving issues with the fulfillment company or supplier.
Membership pricing varies depending on the specific program, benefits selected, and any upgrades or optional features. All pricing, payment terms, financing arrangements, renewal fees, and related costs are fully disclosed during the presentation and in writing before any purchase. You should never agree to a membership without first reviewing the full pricing in writing.
Membership benefits vary by program but may include:
Your specific benefits will be described in the membership materials and agreement provided to you before purchase.
Membership terms vary by program. Some memberships have a specific term; most include annual renewal options. The membership agreement will state the applicable term and renewal provisions clearly.
No. Unless otherwise disclosed in writing in your membership agreement, renewal is your choice. Renewal terms and any obligations are disclosed in the agreement you sign at purchase.
Yes. All new members have a minimum of 3 days to cancel their membership for any reason and receive a full refund. Some states provide longer cancellation periods by statute (5, 7, 10, or 15 days depending on the state). Your specific rescission period is disclosed in your membership documents and on our state-by-state regulatory pages.
The cancellation policy applicable to your purchase is disclosed in your membership agreement. At minimum, you have 3 days to cancel for any reason. To exercise your cancellation right, contact our cancellation team at cancellations@rsivacations.com or send written notice to: Cancellations Department, Reservation Services Group, LLC, 150 Governors Square, Suite E, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269.
Rescission rights vary by state. The minimum across all states where we operate is 3 days. Some states require longer rescission periods. Your specific rescission period is disclosed in your membership documents at purchase and on our state-by-state regulatory pages. If your rescission period applies to your state, it will be clearly stated in your purchase agreement.
Depending on the membership you select, ongoing costs may include:
All recurring fees are disclosed in writing before purchase.
No. The membership agreement is intended to disclose all material costs. Before signing, you should review the entire document and ask questions about any fee, charge, or obligation you do not understand. Do not rely on verbal representations alone — the written agreement controls.
The written membership agreement controls the terms of your purchase. While our representatives strive to provide accurate information, you should always review the written documents carefully and confirm that they match what you were told. If any statement during the presentation appears inconsistent with the written agreement, ask for clarification before signing. Do not sign any document you do not fully understand.

We've collected the most common misconceptions consumers have about travel promotional offers. If any of these match your initial expectations, please read carefully — the reality is sometimes different from what's assumed.
"I thought I won a prize."
Our promotional offers are not sweepstakes, lotteries, contests, or games of chance. Every qualified consumer who attends the full presentation receives the same promotional certificate.
"I thought the certificate was cash or a check."
Promotional certificates are travel-related incentives. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to non-travel expenses. They are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
"I thought I had to buy something."
No purchase is required to receive the promotional certificate. Eligibility requirements and attendance are what qualify you, not purchasing.
"I thought the presentation would only take 30 minutes."
Our presentations are scheduled for approximately 90 minutes, with some running longer based on your questions. Please reserve adequate time in your schedule.
"I thought all travel expenses would be included in the free certificate."
Promotional certificates typically require payment of certain fees (taxes, port charges, processing fees, transportation, etc.). All applicable fees are disclosed before your appointment.
"I thought membership meant free travel."
Memberships provide access to discounted travel and member-only pricing. Travel itself still involves costs (accommodations, taxes, fees, supplier charges, etc.), though at significantly reduced rates compared to retail.
"I thought I could bring anyone with me."
Eligibility requirements typically specify who must attend. Married couples and domestic partners must attend together. If you wish to bring a different guest, contact us before your appointment.
"I thought verbal promises during the presentation would override the contract."
The written agreement controls. If a representative says something that differs from the written terms, ask for clarification before signing. Do not rely on verbal statements alone.
"I thought I would never hear from the company again."
We may contact you after the presentation regarding certificate fulfillment, follow-up to questions you asked, or future opportunities. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as required by law.
"I thought all travel companies operate the same way."
Travel programs, certificates, suppliers, and membership structures vary significantly across companies. Evaluate any offer based on its specific terms, not on assumptions from other companies' promotions.
We believe consumers deserve professional, respectful, and transparent interactions. Our representatives are expected to follow these standards.
