IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS OFFER
Please read this section before your appointment. It contains the material terms of every promotional offer we extend, written in plain language. If anything here conflicts with what was said to you verbally or in any marketing piece, the terms below control.

1. Who You Are Dealing With
The promotional offer you received was sent by Vacation Management LLC, a USA-registered company, on behalf of Reservation Services Group, LLC (Florida based company) d/b/a RSI Vacations, headquartered at 150 Governor's Square, Suite E, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269.
If you choose to attend the presentation described in your invitation and decide afterward to purchase a travel membership, your contracting party will be "Vacations", which holds the following registrations in multiple state:

2. What This Offer Actually Is
You have been invited to attend a 60-to-90-minute Travel Showcase presentation, conducted in person or by video conference. During that presentation, our representatives will describe our travel membership program and you will be given an opportunity — but not a requirement — to purchase a membership.
You are under no obligation to purchase anything. If you attend the full presentation and meet the eligibility requirements stated on the invitation you received, you will receive the promotional certificate described in your invitation, regardless of whether you choose to purchase a membership.
This is not a focus group, a survey, a research panel, or a market study. It is a sales presentation, and we want you to know that before you attend.
This is also not a sweepstakes, contest, drawing, lottery, or game of chance. You were not selected by random drawing and you did not "win" anything. The promotional certificate is offered to every qualified consumer who attends the full presentation. The odds of receiving the certificate, if you qualify and attend, are 1-in-1.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To receive the promotional certificate described in your invitation, you must:
- Be 30 years of age or older;
- Have an annual household income of at least $60k, if a couple is attending, both individuals must attend together;
- Present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of the presentation and a major credit card in your name.
- Attend the entire 60-to-90-minute presentation; and
- Meet any additional state-specific eligibility requirements that appear on your invitation.
If you do not meet these requirements, please contact us at the number listed on your confirmation materials before your scheduled appointment so we can release the time slot to another consumer.
4. The Promotional Certificate — Comparable Retail Price
The cruise certificate offered with your invitation has a comparable retail price of $[300], based on your expected savings on average advertised pricing for similar [3-, 5-, or 7-night] cruises with [carrier class — e.g., "major contemporary cruise lines"] sailing from [region — e.g., "U.S. East Coast and Caribbean ports"]. This comparison was surveyed on May 2026 and is refreshed [QUARTERLY/ANNUALLY].

5. What You Will Pay to Use the Certificate
The certificate is not free. To redeem it, you will be required to pay the following amounts directly to the fulfillment company or carrier — not to us:
- A refundable deposit of $[198], which secures your sailing date and is refunded to you after the cruise is completed in accordance with the redemption terms;
- Government-imposed port taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary and typically range from $49 to $129 per person;
- Carrier-imposed fees, which may include fuel surcharges, gratuities, and service charges, and which typically range from $49 to $99 per person;
- Travel agency processing fees, currently set at a maximum of $49 to $1299 per booking for two;
- Any upgrade charges if you choose a cabin class above the base accommodation;
- All transportation to and from the port of embarkation, passport and visa fees, travel insurance if elected, and all personal expenses during the cruise.
A realistic out-of-pocket estimate for a couple redeeming a 3-night certificate, excluding transportation to the port, is your responsibility. For a 5-night certificate with air, $199-$518 maximum. For a 7-night certificate with air, $299 to $518 maximum.
These figures are estimates based on typical sailings as of May 2026 and may vary based on your specific itinerary, sailing date, and choices.
6. Redemption Terms
The certificate may only be redeemed by the registered recipient named on the certificate. It cannot be exchanged for cash, redeemed for currency, sold, assigned, or transferred to another person. It is valid only for the cruise type and category described in your invitation, and must be redeemed within [12 months of issuance, subject to availability and blackout dates.
Blackout dates, redemption procedures, and the full fulfillment terms are provided in writing with the certificate at the time of issuance and are also available for review on our Disclosures-Vacations page before your appointment.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
Before the presentation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time, for any reason, by calling [SCHEDULING PHONE]. There is no cost to cancel and no penalty for rescheduling.
During the presentation: You may end the presentation at any time. If you choose to end the presentation before completing the full 60-to-90-minute review, you will not receive the promotional certificate, but you are free to leave at any moment.
After purchasing a membership: If you attend the presentation and decide to purchase a travel membership, your purchase is subject to the cancellation and rescission rights described in your membership contract and applicable state law. Consumers always have a 3 day right to cancel unless longer established by your respective state under [STATUTE CITATION]. The specific rescission window, cancellation procedure, and refund timing are stated in the contract you will be asked to sign; do not sign the contract until you have read and understood those terms.

We will process your cancellation in accordance with the terms of your contract and applicable state law.
8. How to File a Complaint
If you believe we have not met our obligations to you, please contact us first at mhillman@membergetaways.com. We commit to acknowledge every consumer complaint within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 3 business days.
You may also file a complaint with the consumer protection division of your state attorney general's office; however, we hope you will provide us the opportunity to resolve your concerns before this step.
